Hello Home Care Team, (VAN 4)
I am Dorcas, wife of Caleb, who was suffering with brain cancer. For the past year, we have been under the care of Dr. Gayatri and her incredible home care team. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and unwavering support you provided to Caleb during his illness. Your team’s dedication and compassion were a beacon of light during our darkest times, and we are profoundly grateful for your impeccable service.
Throughout Caleb’s prolonged battle with sickness, we faced numerous challenges, and your team was always there for us. Whether it was a late-night call or an urgent visit, your readiness to assist never wavered. The back-to-back medical crises were incredibly tough, but knowing that we had such a dedicated team gave us immense comfort.
Special mention goes to Kumar, whose empathy and assurance gave us confidence and comfort. Dr. Sameena, Dr. Robbie, and Dr. Sunil were consistently kind and supportive throughout the entire process. Nurse Lakshmi was always ready to help, and her willingness to serve was deeply appreciated.
A special acknowledgment goes to Dr. Gayatri, whose counseling was invaluable in preparing us mentally to face the harsh realities. Her guidance provided us with the strength and resilience we needed to cope.
Although Caleb is no longer with us,(DOD May 24, 2024) I take solace in knowing that we were able to provide him with the best possible care until the very end, thanks to your unwavering support.We will forever be grateful for the best services we received and the profound impact you had on our lives during this difficult journey.

Your staff nurse Jyothi and Dr. Harshada visited my father Mr. T. Nagendram on Saturday June 15 th. I am very impressed by their visit. They have been very thorough with examining the patient and took adequate time to look at all the reports to fully understand the condition. Then they explained me their plan for the patient which I fully agree with them. I am very grateful and appreciate of this service you and your team are providing at such high quality and care. I am writing this testimonial to express my deepest gratitude to the exceptional team of Palliative Care who provided care for my father during his illness. Their dedication, expertise, and compassion made an immeasurable difference during a challenging time for our family.
The moment when , we met they had empathised with kindness and professionalism. They took the time to explain his condition in detail, answer our questions, and involve us in his treatment plan every step of the way.
They counselling sessions with the whole family were very helpful in taking decisions.
Their skill and knowledge were evident in the way they approached my father’s care. They had huge respect for the patients family members and were very concerned about their health as well.
The constant grooming and counselling helped us in taking the difficult decisions with ease, it made us strong and confident.
But perhaps what touched us the most was their empathy and compassion. Despite their demanding schedules and the pressures of their profession, they never lost sight of the human side of medicine. They took the time to listen to our concerns, offer words of encouragement, and provide emotional support when we needed it most.

I would first like to thank Dr. Srinivasulu of Hyderabad Nursing Home for guiding and helping us all the way by referring us to PRPCS. PRPCS has been very helpful and supportive till the ending day of my mother. Regular visits, phone calls , prescribing medicines, they have treated my mother as their own family member. Professional and matured advices from Dr. Sameena and Dr. Sunil made us strong and prepared us for what’s coming in the near future. Constant support from Mr. Kumar and Ms. Madhavi on phone calls helped us in taking proper care of our mother. They have never been reluctant in answering our calls at anytime in the day, be it late in the night or early morning. Please be informed that, my Aunt (K Susheela from A.S.Rao Nagar, ECIL) passed away few days ago. We were in pain all these days and anyways we are moving strong with her memories.
In the meantime, I would like to give feedback on your Palliative care hospitality. When top hospitals left hands for my Aunt with no hopes and finally reached out palliative care which helped alot my Aunt to stay atleast for 6 months. Your every visit of counselling, guidance and moral support filled happiness in my Aunt in her last days. Your team are reachable irrespective of anytime when needed. Your help is really worthy. A million thanks to each member of Palliative care.
This is in regard to thank the team.Specially Sumaina madam,Sunil sir,Hussain and Sandhu.They gave us alot of support during my mother’s last days. Mr.Hussain responded everytime i called and supported as soon as possible. I really thank the whole team for the noble work you are doing.
