79th Batch of Certificate Course in Pain and Palliative Medicine/Nursing

The Pain Relief and Palliative Care Society (PRPCS), in collaboration with MNJ Institute of Oncology & Regional Cancer Centre (MNJIO&RCC), successfully completed the one-month Certificate Course in Pain and Palliative Medicine/Nursing from 2nd March to 28th March 2026.

This was a large and diverse batch comprising 6 doctors, 8 nurses, and 3 psychologists. Notably, the batch included 6 participants from Nepal who underwent training with us, adding an international dimension to the program.

Dr. Biju Raghavan, a senior palliative care consultant, contributed significantly by dedicating 4 days to intensive teaching and hands-on training. His sessions covered key areas such as communication, pain management, and other symptom control, enriching the learning experience for all participants.
