Feedback
We are very grateful for Palliative Care services. Their services were extremely helpful and gave us the confidence and strength to take care of the patient at home. At a time when we did not know what to do after hearing that there were no further treatment options, their guidance made all the difference.
It is important to create awareness that palliative care is not only for the terminal stage but can also be valuable throughout the course of treatment. When we were financially exhausted after all the medical expenses, their free service was truly commendable. The team is very empathetic and available 24×7 through phone. They have dedicated teams with a Doctor, nurse & a counselor. Dr. Harshada, nurse Ramadevi & Counselor Venkatesh were assigned to our patient who visit weekly or upon request. With their support, we were able to look after the patient with strength and confidence. Without them, we might have ended up in the ICU.
Your team’s care goes beyond the medical—it touches the very heart of what it means to be human. The way you listen, the small gestures of kindness, and the genuine warmth you bring to every interaction make a huge difference. You don’t just care for patients, you see them during the most difficult of times.
Thank you for the incredible humanity and compassion you bring to your work.

Feedback for Rajitha Akka and Prajwal Sir – Homecare Support Team
I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the unwavering support provided by Rajitha akka and Prajwal sir during one of the most emotionally challenging phases of my life — my mother’s final journey.
Both of them, through the home care support provided by the MNJ Hospital, made a lasting impact on our lives with their presence and dedication.
Rajitha akka, with her soft hands and softer heart, brought a sense of calm into our home. Whether it was helping with my mother’s wound dressing or, in the later stages, gently supporting her in bathing, she carried out her duties with not just skill but immense compassion. She treated my mother not just as a patient, but as someone deeply loved — and that meant the world to me. Her quiet presence was comforting, and her consistent care helped me emotionally hold myself together when everything else felt like it was falling apart.
Prajwal sir was a pillar of calm and clarity throughout. He ensured every medication was explained clearly, checking in regularly and patiently answering even the smallest doubts I had. His ability to simplify complicated medical details while treating us with empathy — not just as a family, but as human beings in grief — is something I will never forget. His guidance gave us the courage to face each day with a little more strength.
Together, they weren’t just medical professionals — they became a quiet extension of our family during those final weeks. Their kindness, their attention to detail, their emotional intelligence — these are the things that matter the most when you’re caring for someone at home, in their most vulnerable moments.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to both of them. I truly believe they deserve recognition, not just as professionals, but as people who bring dignity, comfort, and humanity into end-of-life care. May their careers continue to rise, and may they touch many more lives the way they touched ours.
With gratitude,
Mamidi Sahithi Shekar

Dear Kumudinidevi Hospice team !
This is my Thank you note regarding care provided for our beloved Senior Family Member, Mrs Velaga Raghavamma who passed away on 20th June 2025.
I wanted to reach out on behalf of our family to extend our heartfelt appreciation, and caring for our matriarch during the final days of her life. The hygienic, peaceful conditions helped her transition from life at home to life at the care facility, a place we trusted to keep her happy, rested, and safe. We applaud you for your attentiveness, kindness, and the specialized care she received for her conditions, as well as the companionship you provided.
I wanted to give Lalitha Valluri garu a special mention for keeping us informed by sending videos and updates of her health. It helped ease the pain that accompanied the distance between us and our beloved grandmother. We are glad that despite the obstacles and health challenges she faced in her life, especially near the end, she could rest at a home that she trusted.
I wish all the best to your team and hope you get the needed strength and resources to continue serving the community and helping more families as you have ours.

Subject: Heartfelt Gratitude from Our Family for Your Exceptional Care
Dear Team at Pain Relief and Palliative Care Society,
Kumudini Devi Palliative Care Centre, Kukatpally, Hyderabad
I am writing this message with immense gratitude and respect on behalf of my entire family.
One month ago, my grandfather was suffering from cancer, and during such a difficult time, your team entered our lives as a blessing. From the very first day, the support and care we received from your entire team have been beyond words.
A special thanks to Dr. Prajwal sir and Swaroop sir who have shown not only medical excellence but also compassion, warmth, and positivity every single time we reached out. The nurses, Poojita ma’am and Malati ma’am, have been our backbone. Be it midnight or early morning, they always responded with patience and readiness. Their dedication and kindness brought not just medical relief, but also emotional strength to our family.
Honestly, we were feeling hopeless and broken when we first approached your team. But the way you all handled the situation, giving strength to my grandfather and our entire family, brought immense confidence and peace. Even in this generation, where personal care often feels lost, your team restored our faith in humanity and selfless service.
My grandfather’s recovery and positive mindset today are living proof of the impact your team has made. To us, you are no less than Gods in human form—your presence, support, and service have truly been divine.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for walking with us through this journey.⭐

I am writing this testimonial to express my deepest gratitude to the exceptional team of Palliative Care who provided care for my father during his illness. Their dedication, expertise, and compassion made an immeasurable difference during a challenging time for our family.
The moment when , we met they had empathised with kindness and professionalism. They took the time to explain his condition in detail, answer our questions, and involve us in his treatment plan every step of the way.
They counselling sessions with the whole family were very helpful in taking decisions.
Their skill and knowledge were evident in the way they approached my father’s care. They had huge respect for the patients family members and were very concerned about their health as well.
The constant grooming and counselling helped us in taking the difficult decisions with ease, it made us strong and confident.
But perhaps what touched us the most was their empathy and compassion. Despite their demanding schedules and the pressures of their profession, they never lost sight of the human side of medicine. They took the time to listen to our concerns, offer words of encouragement, and provide emotional support when we needed it most.
Thanks to the extraordinary care provided by Mr. Hussain, Sister Sandhya ,Dr. Sameena , and Dr. Sunil
